Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using BlueAge Services' website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
BlueAge Services is a sole proprietorship based in Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda. We provide Business Support Services and Digital Marketing services to businesses, organisations, and individuals locally, across the East African region and globally.

2. Services
BlueAge Services offers the following services:
- Business Support Services β Business Consultancy, Logistical Support
- Digital Marketing β Web Design, Domain & Hosting, Social Media Management, SEO, Graphics Design, Content Creation, Videography, Audio & Sound
The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are agreed upon before work begins. Any additional requirements outside the original agreement may be subject to additional charges.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of agreed payment or deposit.
- Pricing is communicated upfront and may vary depending on complexity and urgency.
- We accept payment via mobile money, bank transfer, and other methods agreed with the client.
- Prices on our store are displayed in the client's local currency where available.
4. Digital Products
For digital products purchased through our online store:
- Downloads are provided immediately upon confirmed payment.
- Refunds are not available for downloadable digital products once accessed or downloaded, unless the product is defective or significantly not as described.
- Audio previews are provided before purchase to help you make an informed decision.
5. Service Delivery
- Timelines for service delivery are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g. late provision of required materials or approvals) are not the responsibility of BlueAge Services.
- We will communicate proactively about any delays on our end.
6. Intellectual Property
- All original work created by BlueAge Services for a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment.
- BlueAge Services retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Content available on our website (text, graphics, code) remains the property of BlueAge Services and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
- Respond to communications in a timely manner.
- Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
- Not resell or redistribute digital products purchased from our store without authorisation.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlueAge Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or digital products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
9. Restrictions
Access to certain sections of our website may be restricted. This is at the discretion of BlueAge Services and may change without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.
